1. Our Quality Promise
Every roll shipped by our supplier & wholesaler team is QC-passed for industrial stickiness, GSM, length. We offer 99% Perfect Quality guarantee.

2. Cancellation
a) Standard Stock Products (Transparent, Brown Tape): Can cancel before dispatch (within 12 hours of order). Full refund in 3-5 days.
b) Custom Printed Tapes & Bags (Bespoke): CANNOT cancel after artwork approval. Since these are manufactured with YOUR logo/size at Indore plant, 100% advance is non-refundable once production starts.
c) Bulk 100+ Units: Can cancel within 24 hours with 10% deduction for loading/unloading prep.

3. Return & Replacement – Manufacturing Defects Only
Due to hygiene and bulk nature of packaging materials, we DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind, ordered wrong size
  • Slight color variation (brown tape shade varies batch to batch)
  • Retail clients opening and using partial roll

We DO accept return/replacement within 7 days if:

  • Manufacturing defect: adhesive failure, tape tearing without pressure, short length (less than 95m for 100m claim), bubble roll punctured.
  • Wrong product shipped by our supplier team.
  • Courier bags bundle count short.

Process: Share unboxing video + photos within 48 hours of delivery on +91-8879851335 WhatsApp. Our QC team verifies. If defect confirmed, we arrange reverse pickup (MP) or replacement in next shipment (Pan-India) + refund of defective roll cost.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds processed to original payment method in 5-7 working days.
  • For COD wholesale orders, refund via bank transfer / store credit for next bulk order.
  • For transport bulk orders, freight charges are non-refundable.

5. No Refund Scenarios

  • Custom printed logo tapes after proof approval
  • Products stored in humid conditions by buyer (BOPP adhesive weakens)
  • Orders from unauthorized resellers not part of PackMax supplier network

6. Dealer & Wholesaler Claim
Dealers must check bulk consignment at time of delivery. Any shortage/damage must be noted on LR copy and informed within 24 hours. Later claims not accepted.
