Manufacturer Direct Delivery from Indore & Bhopal Hub

1. Dispatch Timeline – Our 24h Promise

• Standard Orders (Transparent Tape, Brown Tape, Stock Courier Bags): Prepared and dispatched within 24 hours from Indore manufacturing facility.
• Custom Printed BOPP Tapes & Custom Printed Bags (Bespoke Your Brand): 5-7 working days for manufacturing + QC + dispatch. Includes artwork proofing.
• Bulk Orders 100+ Units (Engineered for Scale): 48-72 hours preparation time due to bulk loading.

2. Delivery Timeline – Wholesaler Network

• Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain, Dewas, Pithampur (MP Local): 24-48 hours via our own supplier van / local courier.
• Madhya Pradesh (Other Cities): 2-4 working days.
• Pan-India (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, etc.): 4-7 working days via DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, or transport for bulk.
• Wholesaler Delivery: For dealers/wholesalers ordering 500+ rolls, we arrange full truck transport at manufacturer-direct freight rates.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499 for retail clients within MP.
• Bulk Freight: For wholesale orders above ₹10,000, freight is calculated at actuals or FREE for Indore/Bhopal city limits.
• Custom Query Shipping: For custom sizes, freight will be quoted separately.

4. Tracking
Once shipped, tracking ID is shared on WhatsApp / Email registered. Supplier chain tracking available via our logistics partner dashboard.

5. Delivery Failures
If customer provides wrong address, phone not reachable for 3 attempts, shipment will be returned to Indore hub. Re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Manufacturing Delays
During monsoon or raw material shortage, BOPP film supply may be delayed. We will inform within 12 hours if 24h dispatch is not possible.
