1. Introduction & Acceptance
By accessing and using the PackMax India website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. PackMax India is a direct-factory manufacturer, wholesale supplier and authorised wholesaler of BOPP tapes, printed tapes, courier bags, stretch films and corrugated boxes. These terms govern all transactions between you (Dealer, Wholesaler, Retailer, End Client, E-commerce Seller) and PackMax India.

2. Manufacturer & Supplier Identity
PackMax India operates as:

Manufacturer: Manufacturing at our Indore plant using high-grade BOPP film and acrylic adhesive
Supplier: Supplying to dealers, distributors, and B2B clients across Madhya Pradesh and pan-India
Wholesaler: Offering wholesale rates for bulk orders above 100 units/rolls
3. Product Information & Pricing
a) All products listed (BOPP Tape 16 Products, Packaging Tape 12 Products, Cello Tape, Stretch Film Roll, Air Bubble Roll, Printed BOPP Tape) are manufactured in-house or sourced via authorised supplier chain.
b) Prices are listed in INR, exclusive of GST unless stated. Wholesale pricing is dynamic – the bigger the order, the deeper the discount. Final wholesale rates are confirmed via Quote / Proforma Invoice.
c) We reserve the right to change manufacturer prices without notice due to raw material fluctuations (BOPP film, adhesive).
d) Images are for illustration. Actual shade of brown tape, transparency of BOPP may vary slightly batch to batch.

4. Order Acceptance & Confirmation
Orders are considered accepted only after payment confirmation or Proforma Invoice approval for credit dealers. For custom printed tapes (Your Logo Your Size), artwork approval is mandatory before manufacturing.

5. B2B Wholesale Accounts
Dealers and wholesalers must provide valid GSTIN, trade license. PackMax India reserves the right to verify and approve wholesaler accounts. Credit facility only for approved suppliers with 6+ months history.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, product photos, logo “PackMax India”, design, packaging concepts are property of PackMax India. Unauthorized use, copying of our printed tape designs (Amazon Prime, Flipkart, Meesho designs are for demo – we print YOUR brand) is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
As a manufacturer & supplier, our liability is limited to replacement of defective manufacturing batch only. We are not liable for consequential loss due to packaging failure if product is misused beyond recommended GSM / micron.

8. Governing Law
All disputes subject to Indore, Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction.
